Outcome Concept Systems, Inc. (OCS), a Seattle-based company evaluated 7,422 national agencies for performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance. This is the second consecutive year Adventist Health's Home Health has been provided the prestigious Elite Award, moving up from the top 500 ranking last year to the nation's top 100 agencies in 2007.
