RN Graduate Program - Adventist Medical Center

You’ll find the new graduate program at Adventist Medical Center to be less formal than some. We hire new grads year-round as positions are available. New grads are welcome to apply for any Staff RN position posting that does not have a specific experience requirement listed. To apply, simply fill out the online application for the position you are interested in.

The majority of our new graduates are hired into our Medical/Surgical units. There are also some opportunities for positions in Telemetry, ICU, and Behavioral Health. In addition, our other specialty areas (such as Surgery, Family Birth, etc.) will occasionally post new graduate opportunities. These postings will specifically say they are open to new graduates.

General orientation for all new hires, including new RN graduates, begins the first Monday of each month. Orientation consists of one day of general hospital orientation with the remainder of that week and the next spent in Nursing Classroom Orientation. Included in orientation are 18-20 preceptor shifts.
