Our Mission
The mission of Adventist Medical Center and those who serve
here is to demonstrate the human
expression of the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
We who serve here are dedicated to:
- delivering health care that nurtures body, mind and spirit
through our personnel, programs and services
- encouraging
healthful living practices consistent with optimal health
and well being;
- reflecting God's love by serving our patients, guests and
each other with compassion, dignity and respect;
- focusing outreach and planning on improving the health of
our local communities while providing emergency care for
anyone with an immediate health care need;
- offering
services in the most medically and
financially appropriate setting;
- continually improving
through technical excellence
and a highly qualified professional staff;
- creating an
environment of care that inspires trust and confidence and
promotes safety among our patients, families, employees, volunteers
and physicians;
- serving as a religious health care organization in a
